Thinking about health as I sat waiting for my dr appt – so I made up some resolutions (I’m always a bit late with these sorts of things) – they are pretty basic and things I try to do as it is, I just need to try harder.
1. Yoga – more than once in a blue moon. Seriously.
2. Teeth brushing – 2x day, even if you’re sleepy
3. Water – switch out one of those cups of coffee for a glass of water
4. Less sugar – not gone entirely, but maybe take it down a notch, sugarfreak
5. Cat loving – more cuddling with cats, for their happiness and my own stress reduction

Excellent (and realistic) resolutions. I especially like the cat one.

I aim low in life, so I’m never dissapointed.
