Fuckup, Day 2

OK. So day 3 of the challenge and I already missed a day.
I blame the cup of coffee that I drank in the morning that forced me to curl up and read the Sunday paper. I then blame the hot oatmeal I ate that made taking a nap on the couch sound like a perfect idea. Next I blame the boyfriend who wanted to go to the museum, and I blame Value Village for selling me a new/old dresser, which, upon returning home, dictated I clean out another dresser so that I could trade contents. I blame the old dresser which contained a drawer full of miscellaneous CDs, and I blame those CDs that begged me to alphabetize them and put them away neatly. Not getting away with it is the movie Fear(s) of the Dark which just HAD to be playing at the Harvard Exit (yeah, I’m looking at you, too, Landmark Theaters) meaning I spent 2 hours in a darkened theater rapt and afraid and completely unable to think of a single topic for posting. Lastly I blame the hot coca I drank which, like its cousin, oatmeal, practically arm wrestled me into bed with the cats.

I don’t trust myself to find a suitably embarassing High School era photo to post, so I’m going to ask Sky. I get the feeling he would really enjoy something like that.

As W. would say, we’ve gotta stop playing the blame game.

Although I would not have been able to fight off all those culprits either.
